You file, and you are responsible

This application does not submit anything to the Federal Tax Authority. You enter the figures into EmaraTax yourself.

You are responsible for what you file. Check every figure against your own records before submitting it. A figure produced here is a draft for you to verify, not an answer to rely on.

You are also responsible for the accuracy of what you put in. The application checks what it can and says what it cannot: it has no way to know whether a ledger you paste in is complete.

The tax rules have not been signed off

This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is stated plainly: the tax rules built into this application have not yet been signed off by a practising tax professional.

They are tested — extensively — but testing proves the software does what its author believed the law says. It cannot prove that belief was correct.

Until a named practitioner signs off, every figure carries a warning inside the application, and you should treat the output as a second opinion on your own working rather than as a source of truth.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The application is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Innovative Agency FZ-LLC is not liable for any tax, penalty, interest, loss or damage arising from your use of this application, including any figure it produced.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your data

Your figures are stored on your device and nowhere else. There is no backup and no recovery. Keep your own records — you are required to anyway.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
